Today you will be learning about life in the amazing city of Rome. You will be doing some reading, a few activities, and a summary assignment. Be sure to do your best- every assignment is important!
Task 1: Read about law and order, family, and recreation in ancient Rome and complete your notes.
Task 2: Complete this review of life in ancient Rome.
Task 3: Select any of the following sites to complete a visual summary about life in Ancient Rome. Your summary should be about either law and order, family, or recreation in Rome.
- Create a digital story with text, links, pictures and videos using Storify
- Create an animated video using GoAnimate
- Create a non-fiction book using StoryJumper.
- Create a comic using Stripgenerator
Task 4 (also homework): If you complete your visual, go to the Los Angeles Times website. The username and password information is below. Select any article from any section of the paper, and complete this question review of the article you read. The information you will need to login is:
